The Method
How Guided Learning works
Your syllabus is broken into four levels. You always know where you are, and what comes next.
Level 1
Subject
The big picture. Maths, Science, Social Science, English.
MathematicsLevel 2
Chapter
Ends with an Adaptive Assessment to check what stuck.
Real NumbersLevel 3
Section
One class period, about 40–45 minutes. Learn it, then practise it.
Section 2 of 5
Every section follows the same simple loop
Step 1: Study
Watch a short concept video, or content for one section.
Step 2: Learn
Take a quick practice test right after, while it's still fresh.
Step 3: Subjective Assessments OSM Way
Finish the chapter with an Subjective Assessment and sample papers.
Step 4: Adaptive Learning
See your weak areas, revisit those sections, and ask Tony when you're stuck.
Six Steps to Deeper Thinking

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Guided Learning?
A structured way to study your course: understand a topic with videos and study material, deepen your thinking through guided questions, and improve your written answers through digital evaluation.
Are all six thinking levels included in each topic?
Yes. Each topic includes two questions at each of the six levels: Recall, Understand, Apply, Analyse, Evaluate and Build on ideas. That makes twelve guided questions.
What happens if I choose an incorrect option?
You learn why the option is incorrect and can try again. When you reach the correct answer, you also explore why it is right and the concept behind it.
How is adaptive learning different?
The six-level questions help you explore each topic. Adaptive learning brings your chapter learning together through questions that adjust to your responses.
How does On-Screen Marking help?
You write subjective answers on paper and receive digital evaluation. It helps you understand where you missed marks and what needs improvement.
Which languages are available for the videos?
The concept videos are available in English and Hinglish. You can revisit them and the supporting study material whenever you need to.
