MADHYA PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (MPPSC) STATE SERVICE 2024 EXAMINATION PATTERN

 

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) conducts the State Service Examination for the recruitment of officers and employees in various administrative departments of the state government.

 

The MPPSC State Service Examination consists of three stages: Preliminary, Mains, and Interview. The MPPSC Preliminary exam is an objective-based exam, while the MPPSC Mains exam is a descriptive exam. The exam pattern for the MPPSC State Service Examination is as follows: 

 

MPPSC Prelims Examination Pattern

  • The exam consists of two papers: General Studies and General Aptitude Test.
  • Each paper has 100 questions, and each question carries 2 marks.
  • The maximum marks for each paper are 200.
  • The duration of each paper is 2 hours.
  • The exam is conducted online and contains No Negative Marking.
  • Because there is no negative marking for the MPPSC State Service test prelims, candidates are advised to answer as many questions as possible.
  • The question paper will be available in both English and Hindi.
  • Candidates taking the exam will be given an OMR Sheet to mark their answers on. Candidates must ensure that the full circle is accurately marked.
