Recruitment Process of Federal Bank Non-Officer (Clerical) Cadre Examination

The Federal Bank will select the process of selection for the Associate in Non-Officer (Clerical) Cadre Recruitment Process, which will be based on an online aptitude test, a group discussion, a personal interview, or another method.

For the second round of the selection process, which consists of a group discussion and a personal interview, only the short-listed candidates will be called. The results of the aptitude test will be used to determine which individuals will be shortlisted.

• Mode of Examination- Computer Based Test
• Total Marks – 90
• Total Question -90
• Question Type – Objective Type Question
• Marks for Each correct answer - 1
• Negative Marking -There will be negative marks at the rate of 0.25 for each incorrect answer.
• Marks for unattempt question – Zero
• Mode of Section Language - English
• The date of Online Aptitude Assessment is tentatively scheduled on 30th July 2023.
• The Online Aptitude Assessment will be followed by a Psychometric Questionnaire for a maximum duration of 15 minutes. Candidates not attempting the Psychometric Questionnaire will be disqualified from the selection process.
