INI CET PG Exam Details Overview 2026

The term INI CET stands for Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi administers the entrance exam for Master of Surgery (MS), Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), and Master of Chirurgiae (MCh) programs. INI CET results are accepted for admission to AIIMS, JIPMER Puducherry, PGI Chandigarh, NIMHANS, Bengaluru, and SCTIMST, Trivandrum, among others. With effect from 2021, all of these institutes will exclusively admit PG students based on their performance in the INI CET exam. Previously, these institutes held separate tests for admission to PG courses. The INI CET examination is held twice a year, in January and July.

AIIMS, New Delhi has released the INI CET 2026 January test date on aiimsexams.ac.in, along with the information brochure. Eligible applicants must complete the INI CET 2026 application form by September 30, 2025. INI CET PG Mode of Payment 2026

The INI CET applicant can pay the application fee using a DEBIT CARD, a CREDIT CARD, or NETBANKING. The applicant will be responsible for any transaction/processing fees that may be charged. Under no circumstances will application fees be returned once they have been submitted.

INI CET Admit Card 2026

Candidates who successfully complete the application process will be provided with an INI CET 2026 January session admit card. AIIMS INI CET admit card link will be activated online. The admit card/hall ticket plays an important role throughout the admission process and must be kept until the admission process is completed. INI CET admission card 2026 will include crucial information such as name, date of birth, exam day and time, exam center address, and exam day rules. Candidates must download the admit card 2026 from the official website using the login information generated upon registration.
