IBPS CRP SO LAW OFFICER XIII 2023 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates who want to apply for the IBPS CRP SO LAW OFFICER post should make sure they meet the minimum eligibility criteria mentioned by IBPS in this advertisement:

 

(a) Nationality : A candidate must be unmarried male/female and must be :

   (i) a citizen of India, or

   (ii) a subject of Bhutan, or

   (iii) a subject of Nepal, or

   (iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or

   (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

As long as the candidate falls under category (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) above, they must be someone in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been given by the Government of India.

IBPS CRP SO LAW OFFICER EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION 2023

 

Law Officer (Scale –I): A bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council

 

The percentage fraction that was reached will be disregarded, meaning that 54.99% will be treated as less than 55% and 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%.

A candidate may only apply for a single post. Multiple applications will all be rejected outright.

 

IBPS SO LAW OFFICER 2023 – Selection Process

 

The following is a list of the specifics of the IBPS SO Law Officer selection procedure. The following three stages constitute up the IBPS SO Law Officer selection process:

 

  • Preliminary Exam
  • Mains Exam
  • Interview

 

IBPS SO LAW OFFICER EXAMINATION CENTRES 2023 

 

(i) The exam will be hosted online at various locations throughout India. The information bulletin contains a tentative list of the examination centres for both the online preliminary examination and the online main examination.

(ii) No request to change the exam centre will be taken into consideration.

 (iii) However, depending on the response, administrative viability, etc., IBPS reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/or add some other Centres.

(iv) In addition, IBPS holds the right to assign the candidate to any centre other than the one he or she has chosen.

 (v) The candidate will take the exam at an examination centre at his or her own risk and expense; IBPS will not be held responsible for any harm, losses, or other damages of any kind.

The IBPS SO Law officer 2023 admit card will be released 10 to 15 days before the exam date. In the first week of December 2023, the preliminary exam's admit card is expected to be released, and in the second or third week of January 2024, the main exam's. Candidates who pass the preliminary exam will receive their admit cards for the main exam.
