In NIACL AO 2024, there would be two online examinations: the first would be objective-only, and the second would be objective and descriptive.

There are two papers in the NIACL Administrative Officer Mains exam. Paper II is a descriptive essay, while Paper I is objective. There is more information provided about the exam pattern for each of these papers.

NIACL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER INTERVIEW 2024

At the conclusion of Phase-II, shortlisted candidates will then be contacted for an interview that the company will conduct. At a few centres, interviews will be held. Online examinations and interviews will be weighted (ratioed) 75:25, respectively.

NIACL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER FINAL SELECTION 2024

Final selection will be based on the combined scores of the main exam (objective test) and interview. The final merit list will be created in decreasing order of the candidates' combined marks. The merit list will be used to determine which candidates will be given consideration for appointment.
