Recruitment Process of Federal Bank Officer in Junior Management Grade I

The Federal Bank will select the process of selection for the Officer in Junior Management Grade I Recruitment Process, which will be based on an online aptitude test, a group discussion, a personal interview, or another method.

For the second round of the selection process, which consists of a group discussion and a personal interview, only the short-listed candidates will be called. The results of the aptitude test will be used to determine which individuals will be shortlisted.

  • The date of Online Aptitude Assessment is tentatively scheduled on 1st September 2024.
  • The Online Aptitude Assessment will be followed by a Psychometric Questionnaire for a maximum duration of 15 minutes. Candidates not attempting the Psychometric Questionnaire will be disqualified from the selection process.
