ALL INDIA LAW ENTRANCE TEST (AILET) EXAMINATION PATTERN

 

As everyone is aware, the offline mode AILET 2024 exam is conducted once a year at the national level in India. There was no interview for this particular AILET exam. There are a lot of students who are hesitant to take the AILET exam; however, in order to pass, a candidate must be familiar with the AILET 2024 exam pattern.

 

Exam patterns for AILET 2024 UG, PG, and PhD are given below: -

 

AILET BA LLB EXAMINATION PATTERN 2024

 

The 5-year BA LLB course is offered by NLU, Delhi. There are three sections on this exam.  Below is the BA LLB Exam Pattern :

 

·  AILET Mode of Examination – Offline (Pen & Paper Mode

·  AILET Total number of questions - 150

·  AILET Total Marks – 150

·  Exam Duration for AILET Paper – 2 Hours (120 Minutes)

·  Marks for Correct Answer– One mark

·  Marks for unattempted questions - Zero

·  Negative Marking - 0.25 or ¼  for incorrect answer

If two or more students obtain the same score on the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), their merit will be decided based on which student obtained a higher score on the LOGICAL REASONING section of the AILET 2024.

 

AILET LLM EXAMINATION PATTERN 2024

 

Candidates who have completed their bachelor's degree may submit an application for the LLM examination. LLM is a post-graduate program, and the AILET LLM 2024 Exam Pattern is shown below.

Exemption for JRF Holders and Foreign Nationals:
