The Federal Bank Office Assistant 2026 Notification has been released to recruit eligible candidates for Office Assistant positions in notified branches and offices of Federal Bank. As per the official notification, the online application process is open from 30 December 2025 to 08 January 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fulfill branch-wise staffing requirements across the bank.

Candidates who have passed Class 10 and have not completed graduation are eligible to apply for this post. The selection process consists of a Centre-Based Online Aptitude Test, followed by a Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates. Federal Bank Office Assistant - Scale of Pay and Other Emoluments

Presently the starting Basic Pay (applicable to office Assistant) is 19500-665/4- 22160-830/5- 26310-990/4- 30270-1170/3- 33780-1345/3- 37815+11 stagnation increments. Selected candidates will be covered under the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and will also be eligible for other benefits like gratuity, loans on concessional interest rate, medical insurance coverage for self and dependents etc. as per rules in force from time to time.

Federal Bank Office Assistant Probation Period

Candidates who have been selected as office Assistant will serve a 6 month probationary period.

Federal Bank Office Assistant Service Agreement

The chosen candidates will be expected to sign a service agreement when they start working for the bank, promising to stay for two years or to pay the bank 30,000/- if they leave the Bank before completion of the service period.
