Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022 EXAM ANALYSIS

 

The CAT 2022 exam was successfully completed by IIM Bangalore on November 27. According to the CAT 2022 analysis and the most recent notification, two questions from shifts 2 and 3 of the DILR have been removed due to their ambiguity. The CAT exam for 2022 had a moderate overall difficulty level. Slot 1 is slightly less difficult than CAT slots 2 and 3.The candidates can check CAT Exam Analysis now in the below section along with the slot-wise details. 

 

CAT 2022 Exam Slot -1: The overall difficulty level of CAT 2022 slot 1 exam was moderate. A total of 66 questions are asked, of which 49 are MCQs, and 17 are Non-MCQ type. 

 

CAT 2022 Exam Slot -2:  The overall difficulty level for CAT 2022 slot 2 exam was moderate. A total of 66 questions were asked, which were divided into three sections: VARC, DILR, and QA.

 

CAT 2022 Exam Slot -3:  The overall difficulty level for CAT 2022 slot 3 was moderate. A total of 66 questions were asked, which were divided into three sections: VARC (24 questions), DILR (20 questions), and QA (22 questions).

Candidates whose names will be listed in the merit list according to their exam results receive their CAT results from IIM. Students who pass the entrance test will be given a separate merit list. The websites of the respective IIMs will make the list of candidates shortlisted for the next level of selection available. The shortlisted candidates will receive calls for interviews directly from each IIM. The standards for shortlisting differ between IIM institutions.
