OVERVIEW OF BITSAT EXAM DETAILS 2024
BITSAT stands for Birla Institute of Technology and Science Aptitude Test. It is an online entrance exam conducted by BITS Pilani for admission to undergraduate engineering courses (BE), BPharm, and MSc programmes at its three campuses located at Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. The BITSAT 2024 exam dates have been released, and the application process is expected to begin in January 2024. The BITSAT 2024 exam dates for session 1 are May 21-26. While the BITSAT session 2 exam is scheduled for June 22-26. Candidates can study the BITSAT 2024 syllabus and pattern to prepare for the exam.

BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2024
For BITSAT all First Degree programmes except B.Pharm.(Hons.): Candidates must have passed a 12th grade examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised Central or State board or equivalent. Candidates must be proficient in English.
For BITSAT BPharm (Hons): Candidates should have passed the 12th class examination of the 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board. They must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
BIT-SAT Academic Requirements for all programs are given below:-
A minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects (if they have taken PCM) or a minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects (if they have taken PCB) in the 12th class examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology is required.
Only students who are taking the 12th examination in 2024 or who passed the 12th examination in 2023 are eligible to take the BITSAT 2024 test.
Direct Admission for Class 12 Board Toppers: First-rank students from all central and state boards in India will be admission directly to the programme of their choosing, regardless of their BITSAT result, based on the qualifying conditions listed above.
