OVERVIEW OF VITEEE 2024 EXAM DETAILS

VITEEE, which stands for Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination, is an annual entrance exam conducted by VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) for admission to undergraduate engineering programs at their university. The exam is a computer-based test and consists of sections such as Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General Aptitude, and English. The exam is held in around 120 cities to fill 5000 seats in Chennai, Vellore, Bhopal, and Amaravati campuses. The admission criteria are mainly based on the exam score, and the eligibility criteria have to be fulfilled by the candidates to appear for the exam. The VITEEE exam is an important step for students aspiring to pursue engineering at VIT and offers a range of undergraduate engineering programs. The exam for 2024 is scheduled to be held from April 19-30, 2024, and the application process is currently open.

VITEEE SELECTION CRITERIA 2024

• The CBT (Computer Based Test) VITEEE 2024 rank is used to determine the selection process.
• Online counselling is available to selected candidates in accordance with their ranking. They can provide options for a certain programme, campus, and fee category. The distribution process will rely on how well the obtained rank aligns with the available options.
• Candidates with ranks up to one lakh can apply for campus counselling in Vellore and Chennai.
• VIT will confirm a candidate's eligibility once their tuition fee is paid in total by the deadline. Documents must be submitted by applicants either on the day of arrival on campus or when requested by the Office of Admissions. The offer of provisional admission during counselling is only valid provided all requirements are met.

VITEEE HOW TO APPLY 2024

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to apply for VITEEE 2024:

Step 1: Registration

1. Visit the official VITEEE website: https://vit.ac.in/
2. Click on the "New User Registration" link.
3. Enter your personal details, including name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
4. Create a strong password and confirm it.
5. Click on the "Submit" button.
6. You will receive a registration confirmation email with your login credentials.

Step 2: Fill Out Application Form

1. Log in to your VITEEE account using your registered email address and password.
2. Click on the "Fill Application Form" link.
3. Enter your personal details, academic details, and contact details carefully.
4. Select your preferred exam centre.
5. Upload your scanned photograph and signature as per the specifications provided by the authorities.
6. Review the application form thoroughly to ensure all information is accurate and complete.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

1. Click on the "Payment Gateway" link.
2. Choose your preferred payment mode (net banking, credit card, debit card, or Paytm).
3. Enter your payment details and make the payment of VITEEE 2024 Application Form.
4. Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email.

Step 4: Print Application Form

1. Download and print your application form for future reference.

Step 5: Download Admit Card

1. Once the admit cards are released, you can download them from your VITEEE account using your login credentials.
2. Print your admit card and carry it along with your original and photocopy of identity proof (Aadhaar card, passport, or driving license) to the exam center.

VITEEE APPLICATION FEE 2024

The application fee for VITEEE 2024 is as follows:

• For Indian candidates: INR 1350
• For NRI candidates: 90 USD
