Maharashtra Government has established a State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL) under Admission Regulating Authority per the provision given in Section 10 of Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015, (Here after called the Act).
The online examinations for the next MAH MCA CET 2024 for admission to First Year of Full Time Post Graduate Degree Courses in Management (MCA) are conducted in various institutes in Maharashtra, for Academic Year 2024-25.
The admissions in the given institutes will be based on the candidate CET exam score, provided they are approved & recognized by Government of Maharashtra and are affiliated to any of the Non Agricultural University in Maharashtra State.

MAH MCA CETELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 2024 EXAM:
The eligibility criteria for MAH MCA CET 2024 are as follows:
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
Educational Qualification –
- Candidates should have passed BCA or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
- Candidates who have passed B.Sc., B.Com., or B.A. with Mathematics at the 10+2 level or at the graduation level (with additional bridging courses as per the regulations of the respective university). Obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in graduation (at least 45% in case of students from Backward Class categories, economically challenged section, and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State).
- Candidates in their last year of a qualifying examination can also take the CET exam.
->Maharashtra Common Entrance Test or MAH-MCA CET shall be conducted only in the ONLINE mode in multiple sessions.
-> MAH-MCA CET 2024 Exam will be conducted in multiple sessions. CET Exam 2024 candidates have to appear the exam as per the date and session allotted to them at allotted centre and venue. No candidate is allowed to appear for CET 2024 exam in other than the allotted session/date.
MAH MCA CET HOW TO APPLY 2024
To apply for MAH MCA CET 2024, candidates need to follow the application process, which includes the following steps:

MAH MCA CET SELECTION PROCEDURE 2024
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test or MAH-MCA CET exam is only a 1 stage exam that comprises a Online test.Candidates who qualify for the MAH CET MCA can attempt the counselling at the desired universities depending on the eligibility and merit specified by the respective university.
First phase of exam consists of an online computer-based exam where you need to answer multiple-choice questions (MCQ) in a stipulated time frame.
Last or End phase of the MCA CET 2024 selection process is CAP (Centralized Admission Procedure). Candidates who have qualified the first phase of the MAH MCA CET will be considered for the second phase, which is counselling session. Counselling is done through CAP by Maharashtra DET authorities.
