The Intelligence Bureau (IB), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has released a notification to recruit 677 vacancies for the position of Security Assistant (SA)-Motor Transport (Driver) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS). The online application process for IB SA & MTS Recruitment 2023 started on October 14, 2023, and will conclude on November 13, 2023. Educational Qualification

1. Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and

For SA/MT

1. Possession of a valid driving license for the motor car (LMV) issued by the competent authority.
2. Experience Driving a Motor Car for at least one year after receiving a driving license.
3. Knowledge of the Motor Mechanism (must be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle).

Language Qualification

Candidates applying for the post of Security Assistant/Motor Transport (MT) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) must be fluent in writing/speaking skills in one of the local languages of the states mentioned in the official pdf.

Physical Standards:

• Security Assistant: Height: 165 cm for male candidates and 160 cm for female candidates. Chest: 81 cm for male candidates.

INTELLIGENCE BUREAU RECRUITMENT 2023 SELECTION CRITERIA

The selection process for the Intelligence Bureau (IB) Recruitment 2023 includes the following stages:

• Tier-I Written Exam (Objective)
• Tier-II Driving Skill Test (for SA/MT posts only)
• Tier-II -Offline Exam of Descriptive test on English language and comprehension (Applicable to MTS /Gen posts only)
• Interview /Personality Test

• Medical Exam

The Tier-I written exam is an objective type exam with multiple-choice questions divided into four parts. The merit list will be prepared based on the candidate's performance in tiers 1, and 2, and Interview /Personality Test.
