AAI ATC PAY SCALE 2023

As per the search results, the pay scale for AAI Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) is Rs. 40,000-3%-140,000. This means that the basic salary of a Junior Executive in AAI ATC is Rs. 40,000, and it increases by 3% every year until it reaches Rs. 140,000. The CTC (Cost to Company) of a Junior Executive in AAI ATC is approximately Rs. 12 lakhs per annum. In addition to the basic salary, AAI ATC employees are eligible for various benefits and allowances such as Dearness Allowance, Perks (35% of basic pay), House Rent Allowance (HRA), CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical benefits as per the AAI’s rules. AAI ATC SELECTION PROCESS 2023

The selection process for the AAI ATC Junior Executive exam in 2023 involves the following stages:

1.   Computer-Based Test (CBT): The first stage of the selection process is a Computer Based Test (CBT) that consists of objective-type questions. The CBT is designed to test the candidate's aptitude in areas such as Mathematics, Physics, English, and General Knowledge.

2.   Voice Test: Candidates who qualify for the CBT will be called for a Voice Test. The Voice Test is conducted to assess the candidate's communication skills, confidence, and suitability for the role of an Air Traffic Controller.

3.   Test for consumption of Psychoactive Substances: Candidates who qualify for the Voice Test will be called for a Test for consumption of Psychoactive Substances. This test is conducted to ensure that the candidate is not under the influence of any psychoactive substances that may impair their judgment while performing their duties as an Air Traffic Controller.

4.   Document Verification/Interview: Candidates who qualify for the Test for consumption of Psychoactive Substances will be called for Document Verification/Interview. The Document Verification/Interview is conducted to verify the candidate's eligibility and suitability for the role of an Air Traffic Controller.

The AAI ATC Admit Card will be released on the official website of the Airports Authority of India (AAI) a few days before the online examination. Candidates who have successfully applied for the exam can download their admit card from the official website of the Airports Authority of India (AAI) at https://aai.aero/ by following the below steps:

1.   Visit the official website of AAI at https://aai.aero/.

2.   Click on the "Careers" option.

3.   Click on the recruitment advertisement of "RECRUITMENT OF JUNIOR EXECUTIVES IN AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL IN AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF INDIA UNDER ADVERTISEMENT No. _05/2023__".
