The Reserve Bank of India holds a competitive examination called the RBI Assistant Exam. This exam is held to select candidates for the position of Assistant in various RBI branches across India. The RBI Assistant 2023 exam is divided into two key sections: the preliminary exam and the main exam. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) conducts the RBI Assistant exam every 2-3 years. The upcoming RBI Assistant 2023 exam intends to select graduates for clerical jobs in various branches around the country. In order to succeed in this tough exam, students must establish a well-structured strategy that allows them to excel throughout the selection process.

RBI ASSISTANT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 2023
Before applying for the RBI Assistant Exam 2023, candidates should be aware of the eligibility requirements that have been established. To participate in the recruitment, candidates must meet the RBI Assistant eligibility conditions for 2023, such as age limit, educational qualification, and so on.
Nationality – A candidate must be either-
(i) a citizen of India, or
(ii) a subject of Bhutan, or
(iii) a subject of Nepal, or
(iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st of January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
As long as the candidate falls under categories (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) above, they must be someone in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been given by the Government of India.
RBI ASSISTANT AGE LIMIT 2023
The prescribed age limit under RBI Assistant Recruitment is described below.
Minimum age limit: 20 years
Maximum age limit: 28 years
An RBI Assistant candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.02.1994 and not later than 02.01.2002 (both dates inclusive).

RBI ASSISTANT EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION 2023
- To be eligible for the RBI Assistant Exam 2023, a candidate must have a bachelor's degree with an aggregate of 50% (pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) or higher in any discipline.
- Candidates must be familiar with computer word processing.
- Candidates must be fluent in the language of the area for which they are applying.

RBI ASSISTANT SALARY 2023
Candidates who are selected for the RBI Assistant Recruitment 2023 will be granted a monthly basic salary of INR 20,700 on a scale of 20700 - 1200 (3). - 24300 -1440 (4) - 30060 - 1920 (6) - 41580 - 2080 (2) - 45740 - 2370 (3) - 52850 - 2850 - 55700 RBI Assistant Officers are compensated.
