The Law School Admission Test or LSAT India examination is a standardised test designed to examine law students' skills in advanced reading, critical thinking, and informal and deductive reasoning. The Law School Admission Council, often known as LSAC Global, administers the exam for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law courses at associated law colleges. LSAC is a non-profit organisation that helps law students to obtain admission to private top-tier law schools based on LSAT exam scores. 

The LSAT's reputation as the gold standard for testing reading and reasoning abilities goes far beyond the United States, Canada, and Australia. Many countries seek advice from LSAC on their legal education courses. LSAT—India is a standardised exam of reading and verbal thinking skills developed by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) in the United States for use by law schools in India for their several law programmes — BA L.L.B, L.L.B, and L.L.M.

The key subjects of the LSAT India exam are Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension. LSAT India has 92 questions that must be answered in 2 hours and 20 minutes. LSAT 2024 Exam Centres

The LSAT 2024 exam will be held in 20 cities across India. The name and address of the test centre will be printed on the LSAT 2024 admit card. The following cities have LSAT Exam Centres-

• Northern India: Dehradun, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Delhi (NCR), Jaipur
• Southern India: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi
• Eastern India: Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Raipur, Ranchi, Guwahati, Patna
• Western India: Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Mumbai, Nagpur, Indore

LSAT 2024 HOW TO APPLY

The LSAT 2024 registration window for the January session opened on August 14, 2023. The deadline to register for the exam is January 10, 2024. Candidates who are interested should apply for the LSAT 2024 before the deadline at lsatindia. in. The registration procedure for LSAT 2024 is as follows-

Step 1: Candidates must visit the LSAT official website - https://www.lsac.org/lsat

Step 2: Click 'Sign Up' on the right-hand side window.

Step 3: Enter your personal details and sign up.

Step 4: Click on the 'Submit' button.

Step 5: Select the 'Application Form' link.

Step 6: Enter the registration number and password.

Step 7: Click on the 'Login' button.

Step 8: Download the LSAT 2024 application form and take a printout.

LSAT INDIA 2024 APPLICATION FEE

LSAT India 2024 Mode of Payment - Pearson VUE offers credit card, debit card, debit card + ATM PIN, internet banking, wallet, or cash card as payment methods.

Refunds - Once a candidate has successfully registered for the test, no requests for a refund of the registration money will be considered. Once a candidate registers and pays for the LSAT—IndiaTM, they will not be able to reschedule it for the next test administration or year.

LSAT INDIA 2024 SCORES

You will be given a scaled score ranging from 420 to 480, as well as a percentile rank. While correct answers are given credit, there is no negative rating or penalty for incorrect answers. As a result, set aside some time at the end of each section to answer any unanswered questions.

During the administration window, you may take the exam more than once and have your highest marks sent to your selected universities for admission.
