The DRDO CEPTAM exam is the recruitment examination conducted by the Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM), which is a corporate body of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The primary purpose of this examination is to recruit non-gazetted technical, administrative, and allied personnel for various DRDO laboratories and establishments across the country.

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has announced 764 vacancies for Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) and Technician-A (Tech-A) posts through its Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM). The online application process started on December 11, 2025, and candidates can apply until January 1, 2025.

DRDO CEPTAM Registration Process 2025

The DRDO CEPTAM 2025 registration process involves the following steps:

Step 1: Basic Registration

1. Visit the official DRDO website: https://www.drdo.gov.in/drdo/en.
2. Navigate to Careers > CEPTAM-11 Advertisement.
3. Click on "Click here to Apply" to be redirected to the application portal.
4. Select "New Registration" and enter your basic details (Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, and Mobile Number).
5. OTP Verification: Verify your mobile number and email using the separate OTPs sent to them.

Step 2: Filling the Application

1. Login: Use the User ID and Password sent to your email/mobile.
2. Select Post: Choose the post you are applying for (STA-B or Tech-A).
3. Personal & Education Details: Enter your father's name, mother's name, address, and detailed educational qualifications (Class 10th, ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc.).
4. Live Photo Capture: The portal will prompt you to capture a live photograph using your webcam. Ensure you are in a well-lit area with a plain background.

Step 3: Document Uploads

Upload scanned copies of the following (in .jpg or .jpeg format):

• Signature: (80 KB to 150 KB) signed in black ink on white paper.
• Educational Certificates: Class 10th marksheet and relevant EQR (Diploma/B.Sc./ITI).
• Category Certificate: SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD (if applicable).

Step 4: Fee Payment & Submission

1. Preview: Review all entered data carefully. No changes are allowed after final submission (except during the correction window).
2. Payment: Pay the application fee online via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
