In NIACL AO 2023, there would be two online examinations: the first would be objective-only, and the second would be objective and descriptive.
NIACL AO PHASE-I: PRELIMS EXAMINATION PATTERN

· Total Number of Sections – Three (English Language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude)

NIACL AO PHASE-II : MAINS EXAMINATION PATTERN
There are two papers in the NIACL Administrative Officer Mains exam. Paper II is a descriptive essay, while Paper I is objective. There is more information provided about the exam pattern for each of these papers.

NIACL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER DESCRIPTIVE TEST
The NIACL AO 2023 descriptive test will be an English language test that lasts 30 minutes and involves letter and essay writing. The NIACL AO Phase II Descriptive test carries 30 marks in total.

NIACL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER 2023 INTERVIEW
At the conclusion of Phase-II, shortlisted candidates will then be contacted for an interview that the company will conduct. At a few centres, interviews will be held. Online examinations and interviews will be weighted (ratioed) 75:25, respectively.
NIACL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER 2023 FINAL SELECTION
Final selection will be based on the combined scores of the main exam (objective test) and interview. The final merit list will be created in decreasing order of the candidates' combined marks. The merit list will be used to determine which candidates will be given consideration for appointment.
