4. Transformational Leadership:

5. Transactional Leadership:

6. Servant Leadership:

7. Charismatic Leadership:

  • Charismatic leaders possess strong personal qualities that inspire and influence others. They often have a magnetic personality and can create a strong following.
  • When to Use: In situations where a charismatic leader can rally people around a cause, such as during a crisis or when a strong vision is needed.

8. Situational Leadership:

  • Situational leaders adapt their style based on the readiness and maturity of their followers. They match their leadership approach to the specific circumstances.
  • When to Use: To tailor leadership to individual and team needs, in dynamic and changing environments, and to maximize effectiveness.

9. Authentic Leadership:

  • Authentic leaders are true to themselves, transparent, and lead with integrity. They foster open and honest relationships with their team members.
  • When to Use: In organizations that value honesty and ethics, to build trust and credibility, and in fostering strong relationships.
